SURGE is the creator and main organiser, with SWEAT as a collaborating community brand, and DRIP as the venue partner.

SWEAT Club’s main building is undergoing structural repairs and will not reopen in time. SURGE 2.1 will be relocating to DRIP’s MainRoom located at 100 Orchard Road, Singapore 238840. For more information on SWEAT’s reopening, kindly contact the SWEAT team directly.

Yes, SURGE 2.1 is presented in brand collaboration with SWEAT.

DRIP will be using the same drink menu and prices that were set by SWEAT for this event.

Yes, bottle balances can be kept at SWEAT after the event. Contact on-site staff for assistance.

No, all existing SURGE 2.1 ticket holders via Lu.ma ticketing platform (lu.ma/surgetechno) are valid for check-ins.

No, DRIP/SWEAT tickets issued via Eventbrite are not valid for check-ins to SURGE 2.1 event. Only tickets issued from Lu.ma ticketing platform (lu.ma/surgetechno) can be used. DRIP/SWEAT ticket holders via Eventbrite can access Salt, located beneath DRIP at basement level. Contact the DRIP team or SWEAT team directly for more information.

All tickets, including door tickets, must be purchased online via our official page: lu.ma/surgetechno. For door purchases, please buy your ticket online in advance or scan the QR codes available on-site before entering the queue.

No, tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.

No refunds for accidental or duplicate purchases. Double-check before confirming checkout.

Use the appropriate lane and flash your Luma’s e-ticket QR code via your phone when it’s your turn for the door crew to verify. The lanes are:

Yes, use the designated Guestlist lane for faster check-in. Guestlist passes are valid for check-ins strictly before 12 midnight. Any check-in after that will not be entertained. We strongly advise checking in before 11pm to avoid peak period.

Yes, use the VIP Sofa/Table lane to check-in. Our crews at the door will assist you further. Table/sofa reservations are held until midnight. After that, they will be released back to the public. To avoid the peak period, we strongly recommend arriving with your group and checking in together before 11 PM to secure your reservation.

For sofa/table reservations, contact the main booker to come to the door for confirmation to facilitate your entry. For general guestlist, all entitled guestlist pass holders will receive their own QR code before the event. If you do not have one, scan the QR code to buy yourself a door ticket instead.

Smart casual is required. Avoid:

• Transparent or overly revealing outfits
• Offensive graphics
• Sportswear, slippers, or flip-flops

Entry may be denied if dress code is not met.

You must be 18 years old and present a valid ID with photo (NRIC, passport, or driver’s license) for entry and alcohol purchases.
